The BARR Mission: BARR's mission is to create awareness about the dangers of road rage, educating operators of motor vehicles in ways to prevent and abstain from road rage, and by extending monetary support to motorcyclists in need, after being injured in a motorcycle crash, as the direct result of a road rage or drunk driving incident, at no fault of their own.
